Thank you for shopping at Clean Freaks. Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your product. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we can no longer offer a refund. Please read the following conditions carefully.

General Conditions

Our returns process is reserved exclusively for items that arrive significantly damaged or defective.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer errors.

Returns and refunds will only be considered for products that are demonstrably damaged upon arrival.

Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates only. While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe (typically 7 days), actual delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical issues. Refunds will not be provided solely due to delayed shipping or extended delivery times.

Process for Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe your item has arrived damaged, you must contact our support team by emailing service@cleanfreaks.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Your email must include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.

You must provide mandatory evidence, including multiple clear images and/or a video showing the damage.

Claims that are submitted without sufficient photographic or video evidence will not be processed. Our team will review your evidence and, if the claim is provisionally approved, we will provide a return authorization and the shipping address in Australia.

Do not send any items back to us without receiving a return authorization first.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Once you have authorization, you must ship the product back to the provided address.

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Final Inspection and Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our Australian facility, it will be fully assessed by our team. If the damage is confirmed as described in your claim, a refund for the product's purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed.

If a returned item is inspected and found not to be damaged or defective, no refund will be issued.

In this event, we can arrange to have the product shipped back to you at your own expense.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which requires following the full refund process outlined above.
